Return Eligibility

Returns are strictly accepted within 14 days of delivery. Due to health, hygiene, and the consumable nature of our products, returned items must remain unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Partly used or unsealed items unfortunately cannot be returned.

The Process

• Reach out to our support team at hello@jinanherbs.com to initiate the return request.
• Provide your Order ID and a clear photograph of the sealed product.
• Our team will guide you on securely shipping the product back. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund (minus the original shipping fee, if applicable) will be processed directly back to your designated payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
